Core Objectives

It’s an exclusive membership community designed as an ecosystem for first-time homebuyers, new and aspiring investors. The club offers a supportive community of realtors, seasoned investors, attorneys, business and mindset coaches and others who train and support motivated black women and their allies, with little to no real estate experience and offer specialized services as they launch and grow their real estate investing portfolios through the early stages and onward. 

  • Through our network of experts, we provide ongoing training to increase your knowledge creative real estate investing, fix & flipping, multi-family investing and/or running a short-term real estate business.

  • As you’re learning from us, but also learning outside of the community, we support your knowledge and learning with our team of real estate attorneys, accountants, tax professionals, business and coaches and other specialized services, offering live Q & A for MEMBERS ONLY.

  • We know just how important it is for you to reach your goals, so in addition to our Mindset & Motivation calls, we provide an opportunity for you to form small accountability groups to keep you focused on your goals and the encouragement and reinforcement to help you achieve them.
